Kamen Rider...*peace*

v(^_^)v

(get it?)

/facepalm

Sooo, I've been catching up on my Kamen Rider this past week... & I started this year's, which is Kamen Rider Double, or W.

I LOVE IT.

Every one I've watched, from Kabuto on... I always say, "oh, this one is the best!" BUT THIS YEAR, I MEAN IT. Double is the best of the best! I like it more than Kabuto, Den-o, and Kiva combined. Which is really saying something.

And no, I haven't watched Decade... Something about the girl's yellow stockings in the first episode really bothered me... so I stopped watching it. No lie. ...Was she even wearing yellow stockings?

Currently, I'm watching Kamen Rider 555, or Faiz. It's decent. But I think the Kamen Riders after Kabuto have really changed. They're more colorful, less dramatic, more imaginative, and have a lot more vfx. I enjoy them a lot x 987213716283000.

If you haven't watched Double yet, you need to go start watching it now. I love all 3 of the main characters. Phillip's eccentricness, Shotarou's "half-boiledness," and Akiko's amazingly ridiculous facial expressions.

(also, Phillip, a.k.a. Masaki Suda, is adorable x infinity.)

See??

:3

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention how awesome Accel is.

That belt is amazinggggggggg. He even morphs into a bike (and by bike I mean motorcycle)!! I mean, REALLY. /geekflail

:D

And just for reference, by Akiko's amazingly ridiculous facial expressions, I meant this:

And I will leave you with that.

Sunao ni Tantei?

So it's been about 8 months... I guess it's time to update my blog, huh? ^^;

Well... I have watched so many dramas in the past 8 months, I can't even count them. And many of them were Korean dramas... because I have learned that not just Japanese, but also Korean dramas, are quite fun to watch. :D

I strongly recommend Hero, which stars Lee Joon Ki (<3) and Yoon So Yi. Aaand Personal Taste, which stars Lee Min Ho (<3) and Son Ye Jin. Lee Min and Son Ye are amazinggggg in this drama.

As far as Jdramas go... I recently finished Bloody Monday and Hidarime Tantei EYE. They were both pretty dramatic- but fantastic. Tantei EYE stars Yamada Ryosuke... who is simply adorable. Unfortunately, he only smiled like once in the whole entire series.

Photobucket

His support was played by Ishihara Satomi, who is also adorable. I noticed she tends to punch people in every role she plays.

Speaking of Ishihara Satomi, I also watched Voice a couple of days ago and loved it! The main role is played by Eita- and he is sooooo cool, despite the fact that his ears are ridiculously big. His character in Voice was extremely entertaining. XD

He's in a new drama this year, Sunao ni Narenakute, that's about a bunch of people who meet on Twitter... it sounds kind of cliche... but it stars Eita, Ueno Juri (<3), and Hero JaeJoong (of all people)- so I'll probably check it out.

Ok, anyway, I've made some new MVs in the past 8 months... One about the main characters in Koishite Akuma, another Kuroshitsuji one, and one about Hidarime Tantei EYE.

Here they are! Enjoy! n_n

A Rather Confusing Jdrama Update. And Little Kamen Riders are Sho Cute XD

Wheeeeeee

There are some pretty awesome Jdramas coming up! Or going on. . . Ah, I'm not totally sure, haha.

For example: "MW Dai-0-sho ~Akuma no game~"

I just finished watching the special for that and it was AMAZING *__________*

The movie just came out in Japan recently and I believe the drama is coming out soon? I don't really have my facts straight, sorry D:

*is a terrible blog writer*

Ahaha, anyway...

There's also a new drama with Yamapi in it, which has been running for a little while. It has a weird title that I don't remember. . .

Oh yeah, it's called "Buzzer Beat." Haha, wow.

Here's the overview, from Wkpedia:

[Kamiya Naoki is a salaryman who belongs to his company's basketball team. Despite his appearance, he is completely weak under pressure when it comes to work and romance. Although he has a girlfriend, he falls in love with a spirited and cheerful woman who is unable to be straightforward. --Tokyograph]

So, it's a typical sports, lovelove dramapi. (^_^)v

And here's an exciting one!: "Otomen"

I randomly came across this shoujo manga a long time ago, so I was surprised to see they're making a drama out of it ^_^

Overview (wkpedia): [Asuka Masamune: the coolest, manliest guy in his whole school. He excels in judo and karate, he's the captain of the kendo team, and he's even the best player in the country... but he has a secret: The things he really loves are sweets, cute things, cooking, shōjo manga, and sewing. He hides this part of his life from everyone else but then he meets a girl named Ryo Miyakozuka...]

Ok, so it doesn't really sound that thrilling, but Seto Koji is in it, so. . .

This drama is *approved* :D

And there's a new Ryo Nikishido drama!

"Niini no Koto wo Wasurenaide"

It's apparently about a boy with a brain tumor who dies.

Yaaaaaaay.

So he's basically switching his role, from what he played in "1 Liter of Tears". . .

Yeah, anyway... Everyone should be looking forward to these dramas! And a lot of other ones I didn't bother to mention because they seemed weird and didn't have actors I knew.

>__>...

Ahaha, sorry?

On another note, I bought these cute phone straps the other day:

YES.

KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

Alice Nine has officially become beyond cool. XD

No, seriously.

First their photos in Neo-Genesis and now. . .

Their new PV! yaaaaaaaaay :DDDDDDD

And their new song is AMAZING.

Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

It's a perfect mixture of their raw rock sound with pop/electric.

Did I mention yay?

YAY.

And Shou actually almost ACTED in this PV *gasp*

ahahaha I haven't forgotten their Number 6 movie XDD

Even in the magazine he's almost acting- like the picture where he looks like we're giving him a headache by looking at him.

... Which is totally possible.

I have a feeling he practiced his serious expression for months to get it right for the PV. No, I'm not kidding. O________O

Most of the time when Shou tries to look cool, he looks funny. REALLY funny. Maybe because he's older now, he's better at it? hahaha maybe all it took was turning 28. n_n

The only thing that took away from the song was Hiroto's solo- don't get me wrong- it was awesome (how could it not be? XD). But, awesome becomes a little less awesome when it's flat. DDDD:

Anyway, on another note: I saw Kanon Wakeshima perform live this weekend @ Otakon yaaaaaaay :D I was right in the front, too ^_^

She was really nervous O_O And a little off pitch. But she was still fun to watch.

I'm not as big of a fan anymore, though. . .

Maybe because she's not cool enough? :D

Gahahaa *cough*

Anyway, I found some Alice Nine cosplayers there and got a pic. They, of course, didn't really look like Saga and Hiroto, but they're costumes were spot-on! ^_^

They were super surprised that I actually recognized them ^.^

Photobucket

I saw Shou, later, and her (haha) costume was really good, too. She actually had the leopard pants XD

And that's all, I think. . . Oh, you should definitely check out Abington Boy's School "Desert Rose," if you haven't already. It's all in Engrish and super addicting ^_^

I'll give you a DL link because I'm cool.

... And did I mention cool?

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII :DDDDDD

A preview for Alice Nine's single came out recently! I can't wait to hear the whole song! >_<

I sounds so nice :D

It reminds me of "夢幻 -electric eden-" a little bit. . . .I wonder if Saga wrote it? ^_^

Gaaaaaaaah the song sounds so pretty >w<

I like how the PV looks, too-

It moves really well with the music. ^_^

As long as they keep putting out polished songs like this, I'll be quite satisfied ^-^

It was a nice change listening to "Hana," after watching a bunch of SuG and Megamasso PVs. . .

SuG MESSES WITH MY BRAIN WAVES. D:

And so does Gou :D

ahahahaha. Anyway, yeah. August 5th will be here before we know it.

And it will be a lovely time. . . s.

>__>

And that's all, yo.

No, I Don't Play the Cello. Neither does Aoi. . .?

Ow, my English.

GAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh I'm so disappointed D:

Ayabie released their new single, "Aitakute," in May (so yes, I'm a little late, but I only really got into them recently). . .

IT'S SO UNBELIEVABLY BLAND. DDDDDDDD:

NNNOOOOOO o o o Oo oo O oo ooOoooOoOOoooo this can't be the same band that gave us 君の声と約束 and TheMe and ひなげし >___< (my fav. songs ^3^)

Oh, how can this beeeeee???????

WWHY AYABIE WHY?? 何で????????

私はAyabieのこと信じてだったT__T

あああああなたを呪い私の悪い日本語!!

アヤビエ私の日本語悪い呪い!

え. . . それはちょっとちがうよ。^ー^’’

And Aoi! Don't even get me started >__<

I thought his vocals have improved recently- BUT WHAT HAPPENED O__O

It's like he wasn't even trying ;___;

"Soprano" made me cry from having absolutely no real melody and "Summer Chime" was WHAT.

The guitar rhythm in that song has been done by so many bands before (and NOT VK bands) *dies*

What are they trying to dooooo? Did someone threaten them to not make any more good music?

Gaaaaaah everytrhing that makes Ayabie *Ayabie* is gone T__T

Hopefully their next release will be better. If it's not, they'll definitely begin to fade out of the VK scene. . .

Speaking of the VK scene. . .Photobucket

Kanon Wakeshima is LOVE :D

Her songs are so fun ^__^

(And I'll be able to see her in concert soon ufufufufufuu :B)

*Download Suna no Oshiro here* (because it's a good song n_n)

But, yeah. She's a good musician and a good artist n__n

I want to be her friend D:

No, really. That would be so sweet.

:D

Showbiz. . . or Shoubiz? O__o

Ahahaha I just read a blog entry from 6/6 and was slightly amused.

It's recording time- which means it's time for Shou to "sing enthusiatically" (as he puts it).

あれ?君パート何だっけ?

Ohohoho Shou have you always had such a clever sense of humor? >___> . . .

(Or, rather, has my sense of humor always been so lame? *laughed like an idiot for 10 minutes*)

All I can say is that I'm really expecting this new single to be good.

Alice Nine's latest single releases have been nice (Rainbows & Beautiful Name)- I heard no pitch discrepancies (though Cross Game and Mirror Ball are a little suspicious).

The thing is, their songs (for the most part) are always good. However, when it comes to recording them. . . I don't know what happens.

When they perform live, though, any issues there were in their recording disappears.

Yeah, it's a mystery.

But, yes, the countdown for their new single is underway!

Apparently it's in honor of their 5 year anniversary n_n They'll also be releasing a new book! *is excited*

They are also changing the trascription of their name from アリス九號. or alice nine./alicenine. to Alice Nine. . . which is probably good, but I was particularly fond of the period at the end of their name >_<

Maybe this means they'll finally try to become more global (yes, please come to America :D).

Photobucket

*can't wait for the new PV*

. . . and that's all I have to say n_n
